Overall 8 (out of 10) Pheho-san ran some errands in Tokyo and bought this for me in Ikebukuro on his way home 😃It's my first glorious chrysanthemum 🍶. According to the description from the liquor store. According to the description from the sake shop, it is "the most classic style of Koei Kiku sake. Sweetness and firm umami on the palate. The overall impression is dry, and the bitterness and astringency that follows gives a sense of youthfulness in a good way. According to the owner of the restaurant, "It is the most classic style of chrysanthemum sake. Delicious 😋. At first, the astringency is the main taste, with some bitterness and umami. The bitterness and astringency remain as a lingering aftertaste to reduce dullness. I got such an impression! It is not sharp, but it has a clear and distinct taste 😋. I served it chilled. I was impressed by the aroma. -Aroma: Slight ginjo aroma 👍 -The aroma is a little bit sour. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 1 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering aftertaste -Sourness: 2 at the beginning → 2 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Astringency: 4 at the beginning → 2 lingering -Rice flavor: 1 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 Mouthfeel I felt】→3 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker

It's the first time I've ever tasted a Koenigiku. ⭐️ It has a fruity, not sweet, astringent grape-like aroma, a good dryness, a good depth of flavor! I feel the freshness and a little low al sums up the deliciousness❣️ (vocabulary💦)
