Here's another one of our favorite breweries, Takachiyo❣️
You can't go wrong with Hiragana and alphabet Takachiyo ☝️
I had high expectations for this Aizan, so I couldn't open it, but I had to drink it before the summer sake starts! I had to drink it before the summer sake starts 😅.
Well, I'll have it right away 🥂.
First of all, the aroma!
Sweet fruity aroma!
When you put it in your mouth, the berry sweetness spreads in a fluffy manner.
There is a good amount of gas and the gentle sweetness and umami of Aizan is also present.
Toward the end, you can feel the alcohol taste for a moment, and then it is gone.
It is also delicious 😋😋😋😋😋.
Aizan's sake is often less sweet than you might think, and this Takachiyoh was also rather tame. But it was still very fruity💕.
No astringency, bitterness or pungency, so it is easy to drink.
If I had to say, it would have been better if it had a little more acidity 🤔.
There isn't much variation in flavor, so it's monotonous and you might get bored of drinking it all the time.
It has a gassy and sharp taste, so it's not too sweet 👌 even as a food drink
Alphabet is also delicious after all 🥰.
Hiragana is bright and fruity 🍎.
Alphabet is a stylish adult sweet 💖 both are delicious 🤩.
