Imi's local sake!
Following Tokuhon and Tokujun, we have secured two Junmai Ginjos, a standard and a nigori ✨.
To be honest, I can't really tell the difference between the Toku Jun and Jun Gin 🤣.
I think the Jungin is sweeter somehow🤣.
The standard is sweet and gorgeous✨
Nigori is schwagopy, bitter and rich✨
I'm assuming it's fire-aged since it's labeled as a fresh brew.
I'm assuming it's fire-aged, but like the Izumi, the quality of the sake is weak or it deteriorates quickly!
I recommend that you drink both the Sagami and Chiyonohana as soon as you buy them 😋.
I've already pre-ordered for next season👍
Nigori has been known to explode during delivery, so people far away can't drink it, but anyone can reserve the standard one, so check it out if you can't drink the nigori 😋.

Hi kino.Â
I know you drink a lot of Chiyonohana 😳
Is it quite different in taste from the Imi?

I don't think you should keep the eimi for a long time either ❔❔❔.
I can't open it because it's too good😣💦💦💦💦💦

Good evening, kino. I'm so glad to see you here 😄
It's rare that local brews are easier to book than yours!!! 😳I'm glad it wasn't right after delivery that it exploded during delivery! 🤣

Good evening!!! Looks delicious 😁.
I had my first shot at a local restaurant the other day! It was so good I had two 😁.
I'm curious about Chiyohana 😰I'll check it out on the net!

Good evening, kino.
Nice to compare local sake from Imi👍.
I'd love to taste the gaseous sensation of sake exploding during delivery.

Good evening, Manachie!
I really don't know the difference between this sake and the Sagami 😅.
I thought it was fire-quenched once, since the sake is unfiltered raw and the Chiyonohana is raw!
It is said that they make two different types from the same tank, so I think they are almost the same 😋.

Good evening, Eirin!
The sake is unfiltered and changes quickly, so I think it tastes better if you drink it as soon as possible unless you store it in a remacombe or something ✨.
I think the freshness of the one year old bottles has decreased and the bitterness has increased 😅.

Good evening, MAJ!
You can always buy this one if you make a reservation 😊.
I heard from the warehouse about the explosions during delivery! They said they had to stop because they were happening quite often😅.

Good evening, Ao-chan!
Chiyonohana is available from December to February in Honjozo, Special Junmai, and Junmai Ginjo ✨.
You can either reserve it at the brewery or go to a certain liquor store in Gifu that sometimes has it on display 😊.

Good evening, Haruei Chichi!
Nigori has a great gaseous taste ✨.
But it also deteriorates quickly, so if you don't finish it in 2 days, the taste will change quite a bit😅.
There were a lot of nigoris from Imi this year! I haven't been able to buy it either 😭

Good evening 😃
I'm drinking again 🤣.
I wish I could make a reservation.
Basically, I only buy when I visit a liquor store or brewery.
I have no intention of using mail order at all 😅.
Oh, I was able to buy 4 out of 5 bottles of Imi this season 😁.

Good morning, etorannzyu!
I had 2 bottles of eimi 😊.
Please come to the brewery to buy some 🚗³₃
Chiyonohana is a pre-order item, but we also have a year-round fire-aged sake called Ibigawa 😆.
