Saijo Sake Brewery Tour (4)
Saijotsuru Sake Brewery was full of customers, so we left after a quick tasting 💦.
Junmai Ginjo Aizan and Omachi.
I often prefer the Omachi...
But the sweeter Aizan was easier to drink and I preferred it because of its rich umami flavor!
The third picture is a dish we had at an izakaya (Japanese style bar) in the evening!
Fried oysters, gansu, cheese in a sake pot, etc.!
Gansu is a kind of tempura in Kansai (generally called satsuma-age?).

Hi Pon 😀
Personally, since I'm thinking of doing ❤️ hunter, I'd really like to try Saijotsuru's Aizan since I prefer Aizan to Omachi😇.

Hi Yasbaye 🐦.
It seems that depending on the taste of the region, the sake rice you prefer may vary 😊Oh by the way, other customers also liked Aizan and bought it 🤔.

Good evening, Pon 😃.
Gansu🤤 is fried tempura (fish paste)! It's my favorite, especially Miyake's gansu when grilled in the toaster 😋.
There are other Hiroshima delicacies you should try like white meat (mino) tempura 🚅 again!

Hi Aladdin, good evening 🦉.
I was surprised to see a dish I've never heard of 😳‼️ and ordered it right away 😆 because it's near the sea, the sashimi and of course the processed food was delicious 😊I've never had white meat tempura either 😋 so next time I'll definitely try it 😋.

Good evening, Pon 😃.
Gansu is tangy and delicious ✨
When Angirls-san eats something delicious on her show in Hiroshima, she says, "It's delicious, gansu." 🙄 I just had it the other day at an izakaya.
