In my house, it's Jikin 😁.
Today's sake is "Jikin" Yamadanishiki Nama✨.
I guess they are confident from the fact that they are competing with a white label 🤔.
I drank it and found it to be...
Sweet and sour 😌.
Bitterness is less 🤔.
I think it has more gasiness than Hachitan-Nishiki or Senbon-Nishiki.
Slightly less fruity and fuller tasting. It has a characteristic sweetness and flavor but also a little sourness and bitterness.
I have drunk Hachitan-Nishiki, Senbon-Nishiki, and Yamada-Nishiki in that order, but Yamada-Nishiki is surprisingly good, too.
I used to prefer the fruity ones, but Jikin's Yamada-Nishiki has a good balance...maybe I like it a lot 🤔.
Of course, you can't go wrong with Jikin!

Yamada-Nishiki has a different atmosphere from Hachitan-Nishiki and Senbon-Nishiki. I thought it was less fruity. Sake Mirai is next and which one is the best 🤔.
