I drank Niigata sake at Niigata wo kome.
It's not big, but they have a good arrangement of selling goods and corner shops👍.
They were also selling brewed forest ✨.
I had a bottle of Midorikawa once....
I chose Midorikawa 👆 thinking that I used to drink it before.
It's a refreshing and easy to drink sake, but it has a nice umami taste and feel 😊.

It's a good sake for a meal.
It can be served with any kind of seasoning. 🙆♀️
But as far as I remember, it has more sweetness.
I think it has more sweetness ⁉️
but I'm not sure...
