This is my first time to drink Toyokuni properly👍.
Fresh white grape type aroma with a bit of alcohol.
The taste is fruity, contrary to the label😍I thought it would be more of a gorilla man's sake, but it's not 🤣.
The taste is grapey sweetness, followed by a sharp acidity. The taste is then sharp and crisp with a lingering bitterness in the aftertaste👍.
I paired it with kozuyu, a local dish in Aizu 😍.
It was my first time to try it, and while the broth is light, it is a delicious soup with a strong flavor from the scallops 🥰.
The fruity taste goes surprisingly well with it 🙌
The sweetness comes out as the temperature rises, and even people who don't like sake can easily drink it, right? It's so easy to drink 😉.
Well, I don't think almost no one who doesn't like sake would buy Toyokuni 🤣.
