It has been a long time since we had a bottle of Akabu.
It's a new year, so we opened a new bottle of sake.
The first aroma after opening the bottle is of white peaches! The aroma is soft and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the clear mouthfeel and the fresh gas that only new sake can give you.
The mouthfeel is quite soft and slightly sweet and juicy flavor runs through!
It has a pleasant texture on the tongue.
The aftertaste is also refreshing.

Actually, my father, who lives alone at home, has been hospitalized for the past two weeks with a mild case of pneumonia.
He is getting better, but his dementia is getting worse and I'm getting tired of it 💦I'm a little tired of going home every week to take care of the house 😅.
I'm a little tired of going home every week because I have to take care of the house 😅! I won a big one on Saturday 1/18 at the 4th round in Chukyo 👍I ran to the liquor store and bought 3 bottles of wine right after 🤣.
