Senbon-Nishiki Nama is the first at home.
I won it in a lottery sale at Sake no Yamamoto 😁.
I was going to open it at the last minute, but I missed the timing and it's been waiting in the fridge for a month😅.
It has a nice fizziness and a beautiful sweet/bitter acidity. I think it tastes better when drunk at the store, but I wonder if it gets better after a little time after opening?
Maybe I shouldn't chill it too long?
Personally, I prefer the "Tokujun" made of Gohyakumangoku and Yamadanishiki.
The third one is full of Aomori sake, maybe because I drank Kikunoi, but I don't know any of them 🤣.
