I have no family or personal matters to attend to today.
So, after finishing miscellaneous errands and shopping at home, I will have lunchtime drinking alone at home today.
The accompaniment for such a continuous lunchtime drinking immorality is Denshogiku from Kangiku Meikozo.
I had been looking forward to drinking this sake since I learned about it from Sakegawa.
So, let's have it right away.
The first day
The first day was Friday with my wife.
First, the aroma. It has a refreshing aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweet and bitter taste hits you.
It is already delicious at first impression.
After that, only the bitterness remains, and you feel a lingering, wriggly taste and a chili chili stimulation on your tongue.
It has not only sweetness but also bitterness, and it finishes cleanly, giving the impression that it is a very delicious sake that can be easily matched with food.
My wife was also pleased with the taste.
The third day
The sweetness has increased and it is very fruity, juicy and delicious on the third day.
The bitterness spreads from the middle to the latter half of the bottle and lingers on for a long time.
It is well-balanced and this time, too, Kangiku was as delicious as its reputation.
A good sake is a great source of energy 😊.
