A series of business trips before GW
During GW, a family member had an accident and returned to Fukuoka in a hurry.
And then another business trip.
Busy days for me💦.
I'm sorry for the delay in following up with everyone.
I apologize for the delay in following up with you all, but when I skip a post, it piles up quickly.
I'm in a hurry to get it all together and post it because my memory is starting to fade.
Drink and support Hokuriku sake📣!
Support sake for the sake breweries affected by the Noto earthquake!
Kijoshu made with modern Yamahai sake!
It's too good to be true! ❗️
Let's get started!
Surprisingly, the aroma is subdued!
The taste is like sweet lemon juice.
Not too sweet, not too sour, just the right amount of acidity.
It is surprising that the unique sourness of the Yamahai process can be transformed into such a modern lemon sourness!
And the alcohol content is 12%.
If it doesn't go down smoothly, it's a lie. ‼️
It is a very good sake without being a cheering sake!
I can't help but thank Yoshida Sake Brewery!
I felt like I got a great deal!

Haruei Chichi. Hello, thank you for your Hokuriku support. Please heal at Yoshidagura U in the midst of all the hardship. I don't know what the categorization is for Yamahai or sake, but it certainly has a kijoshu-like quality. It is really delicious!
