Ilya Thornton", a mixture of #1 and #2 yeast
I have started taking "Lia Sake Naturel", a mixture of #1-6 yeast.
Ilya Thornton.
Gentle sourness and sweetness. It has a clean and refreshing taste.
Ria Sake Naturale.
A little lighter than Ilia Thornton, but delicious.
Today...
Day 5 of Numerosis and Ikedalot
Day 4 of numeroens, deux and trois
Day 2 of Riasake and Ilia at the same time.
I can't tell any difference in taste 😅 after 7 drinks they all seem to taste the same 💦.
Final assessment...
I think the Do is the best tasting right after opening the bottle. Today, the Do is too sweet and the Trois tastes better. I think Ilia was better on the second day when compared to the other 7 bottles 🙄 Sogapère Ephis changes quickly after opening and is too sweet overall and loses its original taste! I think this is the best way to drink Sogape 🤔.
Sogape was good, but I think 2021BY was better than this 2022BY...

If I could drink 7 bottles under the same conditions... maybe Dou would have been the best 🤔I already started to feel the deterioration of taste from the second day. I wonder if the taste changes rapidly after opening the bottle if it is aged too long 🙄.

I was able to almost complete Sogape because I found a liquor store with very lukewarm purchase conditions. But from this year, it became a lottery to prevent resellers 😅It's fun to compare drinks!
