Sorry but my memory seems to be fading so let me post first
It was the night of our wedding anniversary (4/19).
I said, "I opened three bottles of Shinshu Kamerei, which is very good, and I think my refrigerator is now clean ❓".
My wife said, "Yes, that's true, but that's sad, isn't it? Please take me to Okazaki-san to stock up.
I said, "Oh, that's a good idea. ❗️ Then, let's go after we get a place to stay. I want to see Matsumoto Castle Mountains for the first time in a long time.
We were already in Ueda in the morning of the next day, the 20th 🤣.
I will introduce the sake we purchased in another post, but we decided to get some sake in Ueda and then drive an hour or so to Matsumoto to stay overnight 🚙.
We visited a pub near Matsumoto station called "FURIN KAZAN", introduced by a friend of mine!
We enjoyed the pairing of Shinshu cuisine with local sake from Shinshu.
First of all, HONKIN
This was our first sake!
It is also a limited edition sake from the hanpukai!
Max expectations: ⤴️⤴️⤴️
The aroma is melon.
The mouthfeel is smooth, rich, sweet, and umami.
It also has a good acidity and sharpness.
