It's a floral yeast, so lol, by Shiki standards, the aroma comes out well. It's a complex floral sweetness, more restrained than fruit.
The sweetness is firm but crisp. There is a graininess after the mid-palate.
I chilled it well because it is too heavy to keep drinking at room temperature 🙌
