Today, we had a bottle of Taikan sake from the Taikan Sake Brewery, which we bought at a roadside station.
The bottle was opened at room temperature 😀The aroma may not be so noticeable 🤔In the mouth, it has a beautiful aroma of rice 🌾 and a good balance with light acidity 😚👍.
The aftertaste is sharp and spicy with a touch of bitterness, making it very drinkable 🥳.
It's a sake that goes well with food 🥰.
