This limited edition "Yaotome" is available only on the occasion of the Hideyoshi kurabiraki (opening of the brewery), which is held in the bitter cold (February 8 and 9 this year), and only those who reserve in advance or participate (limited to 100 people on both days) can get this limited edition sake. It's a commemorative sake for the opening of the brewery, and it's a super-popular sake that's the star attraction of the brewery opening.
