This summer, Niigata Airport→Sendai Airport✈️
This summer, I will be traveling in the southeast between Niigata Airport and Sendai Airport.
The current location is Yamagata City.
The sixth one is a shout out to the soil.
Produced by Mr. Kumagai of LaJomon in Yamagata City, it is a sake produced by Shoichi Ishii of Ishii Farm, who grows "Rikuwa 132" without pesticides or fertilizers, and brewed at Suzuki Sake Brewery's Nagai warehouse using yeast No. 6.
It is served cold.
It has a light misty white color with a refreshing aroma of blue melon and herbs.
From the slightly bubbly sensation of nama-shu,
The green melon increases in concentration as it ripens in the mouth, and the mildly sweet flavor slides smoothly down the throat in a fresh and smooth manner. The aftertaste is mild and clean, with a bitter aftertaste.
The taste is delicious, with a blue coolness and a full-bodied flavor,
I want to drink it in the summer! I opened it just because I wanted to 😆.
On the night of the Hanagasa Festival
I stayed the night in front of Yamagata Station.
I visited LaJomon the next morning.
I didn't expect to see Mr. Kumagai!
