The aroma is sweet and spring-like, but very sake-like. It is a sake that can be served as a food sake, and can be served with anything.
I had it freshly opened and served cold, but I thought it would be more enjoyable if it were served at room temperature. I would like to take it to Hanami (cherry blossom viewing) if it is possible to drink outside.
