This limited edition sake is a collaboration between Asama Shuzo and Kusatsu Onsen. This sake is made with local rice. This is the third version, and it is said to be an easy drinking sake with a sweet taste. The aroma and mouthfeel are sweet, but the aftertaste is clean and dry. It's a good food sake, delicious!
