This is my first time!
Junmai Daiginjo, made from Sagahomare sake rice.
It was described as slightly sweet and fruity, but in my opinion, it was almost the exact opposite 💦 I asked someone else to taste it just to be sure, but I got the opposite impression again that it was assourrious!
My feeling was that it had a rich, unique flavor, relatively distinct 🙄.
You drank too much and can't taste it?
It didn't seem to be my favorite at this time💦.
