I bought a set to compare Yamadanishiki.
Aroma: Freshness like an apple. It has a faint, elegant aroma that makes it seem very delicious.
Taste: The aroma is subdued, but the taste is deep. It's full and mellow, but also crisp and well balanced. The elegant aroma lingers in your mouth even after drinking.
I didn't have a good impression of Junmai Daiginjo because it was too rich, but that's changed. lol
