The local Kawazuru sake is generally soft in taste, but the hardness of the brewing water is actually high!
Even though it is fire-aged, it has a slight gaseous taste.
Sweet and fruity, it is easy to drink at any temperature.
Personally, I like it lukewarm.
Next time, I'll try Jungin!
