This is the New Year's Day's closing sake.
Rice used is unknown
A typical evening sake with a clear alcoholic aroma.
Overall, it is light and not too sharp.
There is no sense of sluggishness at all, partly due to the absence of added sugar.
It also has a slightly sour taste, but it is not irritating.
The cup design, but it looks like there are other colors available.
More importantly, why koalas?
