It is made from 100% Iwate rice and fresh water from Iwai, and is called "Oho". The name "Oho" is said to be the call of an owl in the southern part of Iwate Prefecture.
It's sweet, with a punchy rice flavor, but with a clean aftertaste. It's a powerful sake.
Drinking it will make you feel like you've come home to your parents.
