ねむち
Yamanashi Pref. Hokuto City. Take-no-i Sake Brewery Co.
Take-no-i Shiki series summer himawari Junmai Ginjo Himawari yeast brewed.
I heard a lot about this sake at the Kyoto Takashimaya Sake Festival and bought it because I liked it.
I bought it because I liked it so much.
The color is just a hint of yellow.
The aroma is mild and soft, with a hint of alcohol.
The mouthfeel is smooth and slightly hard.
The palate has a refreshing slightly sweet and acidic taste. The aftertaste is slightly crisp and pungent. There is also a slight bit of harshness.
On the second day after opening the bottle, the hardness eases a little and the refreshing acidity becomes a little milder.
When I tasted it, I bought it for its sweetness, but I guess it was tasting magic.
