This is the 12th sake brewery in Gifu Prefecture.
This is one of the main brands of Hirata Sake Brewery, one of the seven sake breweries in Takayama City.
It was purchased at the brewery during the Hida-Takayama Sake Brewery Nonbei Festival.
The aroma is subdued, and the sourness and dryness come first in the mouth, but the sweetness starts to come out after drinking.
It is the type of sake to enjoy the aftertaste rather than the mouthfeel.
