Purchased at the brewery at the Hida Takayama Sake Brewery Nonbei Festival.
The aroma is subdued, and the sourness and dryness come first on the palate, but the sweetness starts to come out after drinking.
It is the type of sake to enjoy the aftertaste rather than the mouthfeel.
