This is the sake I was secretly after 🍶.
When I heard it was distributed only in Kagawa, I thought I had to go to Kagawa to drink it, but I didn't know I could find it in Tokyo 😳.
It's named after Ayagiku's toji (master brewer) 🧐.
Light amber color 🟡.
Sake-like aroma a little 😀.
The taste is mainly sweet and umami 😊.
Mellow and soft on the palate and soft on the throat.
Sometimes caramel-like aftertaste.
I thought it was a unique sake 🍶 with a unique composition 🤗.
I was happy to drink it simply 🥳.
