The coloring gives a sense of spring.
This accompaniment is from the Yanagisawa Sake Brewery in Gunma,
This sake is a prototype of an as yet unnamed sake.
It is cloudy with ooze.
It is still in the process of being cleaned and fired.
It has a strong sweetness and depth.
This is my first time to drink the prototype, but it is delicious🤔.
It goes well with this Soba Sushi.
Lastly, let's finish off with the Jyuwari Soba and the matured old sake we just drank.
Taste it again to finish!
