Niigata Sake no Jin 2023 Spoils of War.
The label and name caught my eye, and I tasted it and bought it immediately.
It has a muscat-like aroma with a hint of grass, leaves, or wood. It has a peculiar taste, but it is not unpleasant.
It is soft in the mouth. Slightly sweet, even after swallowing.
I want to praise my drunkenness of a few days ago that I bought a good one.
On the back side of the bottle, there is something very interesting written. I should have asked the brewery staff about it. It was difficult because we were in the back of the line.

Soft taste. I hope it will be a hit.
Now, here are the pictures so far. There were always about 10 people in line everywhere, so I gave up taking pictures.
In the end, we were there for about 3 hours. The booth of Yukichubai was open and we were able to taste all the varieties.
