Overall 6 (out of 10) Purchased on 5/26 at Suzuki Shuzo When poured into a glass, it has a nice aroma of melon, or cemedine, or something like that! The taste is very light and light, with just a hint of astringency, so it doesn't affect the flavor of the food. The alcohol content is a reasonable 17 degrees, so you will get drunk quickly. I served it chilled. The aroma I felt was... Aroma: Cemedine-like aroma -Aroma: Slightly alcoholic flavor that passes through the nose. Taste sensation The higher the number, the stronger the taste (5 is the maximum) -Spiciness: 2 at the beginning → 3 in the aftertaste -Sweetness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Sourness: 0 at the beginning → 0 in the aftertaste -Bitterness: 1 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste -Astringency: 0 at the beginning → 0 lingering 0 -Rice flavor: 2 at the beginning → 1 lingering aftertaste Mouthfeel I felt] → 1 Smaller number = light and smooth Bigger number = thicker and richer (5 is the maximum)

Aromatic and clean tasting sake. Since we were undecided on what to drink, we went with our family staples for now. Deep-fried gizzard, deep-fried tofu, grilled chicken without skewers, and freshly picked salad from the neighborhood! After all, bonito broth goes well with sake, and I think fat is good for dry sake ♡.

Good evening shinsaku3 & Pekho 😃. A bottle of sake that is all about the black 🍶 that will help you shed the fat 🤗 and your standard entrée is the strongest lineup ‼️ bonito dashi goo 👍

Good morning Jay & Nobby😃. Yes, I got the impression that it was more of a sake to be enjoyed as a stand-alone drink, but more as an in-between meal, and when the food is the main course, without feeling like a sake drink 😃. I liked the bonito broth 😋.
