When poured into a glass, it has a nice aroma of melon, or cemedine, or something like that!
The taste is very light and light, with just a hint of astringency, so it doesn't affect the flavor of the food.
The alcohol content is a reasonable 17 degrees, so you will get drunk quickly.
I served it chilled.
The aroma I felt was...
Aroma: Cemedine-like aroma
-Aroma: Slightly alcoholic flavor that passes through the nose.

Aromatic and clean tasting sake. Since we were undecided on what to drink, we went with our family staples for now. Deep-fried gizzard, deep-fried tofu, grilled chicken without skewers, and freshly picked salad from the neighborhood! After all, bonito broth goes well with sake, and I think fat is good for dry sake ♡.

Good morning Jay & Nobby😃.
Yes, I got the impression that it was more of a sake to be enjoyed as a stand-alone drink, but more as an in-between meal, and when the food is the main course, without feeling like a sake drink 😃.
I liked the bonito broth 😋.
