I mistakenly thought it was a sake from Nara Prefecture because of its naming.
I am sorry to say that it is a sibling brand of "Yukino Matsushima".
And it was not "Yamato" but "Taiwa". ‼️
Sake names are difficult.
It is wonderful that it is this good and under 1000 yen without tax. ❣️
The sake is fresh and fruity with a hint of alcohol, but you can enjoy the freshness of the new sake.
It has a crisp, umami, spicy taste with a firm body, and is very drinkable, but it also has a great sharpness that makes it very easy to drink.
It is a good sake.
