Islander
It has a strong, rich flavor and is slightly dry.
I drank it with boiled firefly squid, as is typical of Toyama sake, but I felt the firefly squid was a little too rich, so I paired it with grilled gyoza (dumplings).
The last sake was hot, with a nice aroma. 300ml went fast.
Purchased at the Hotel Tateyama store on a trip to Toyama (limited sale)
