Decided to have a drink at noon today!
It's a souvenir from a trip my wife took with her aunt and mother-in-law the other day. Kitami City is a sake from Rumebeibu! It was planned by the Rumebebue Shibe Jizake Club, and produced by Otokoyama in Hokkaido.
It doesn't have much of an aroma, and is gentle without being spiky. It disappears smoothly. It is good for eating and goes well with all kinds of food!
Hokkaido is where I'm from and where I live. I pray for the continued prosperity of Hokkaido sake (^0_0^)
