It was a present from the colleague of the company because it was the one that the sake called "Shiragiku of Okunoto" was brewed by Shirafuji Shuzo of Okunoto for Kakeda Shoten of Yokosuka.
It has a slightly amber liquid, a not too assertive ginjo aroma, and a rich, tender taste in the mouth, with a lingering aftertaste that lingers on the tongue and in the back of the throat after drinking.
It's not for everyone, but I think people who like unfiltered raw sake, especially those who like Etsukaijin, will like it.
