I was a little concerned about the sawdust smell of the Rando I had drunk before, but I gave it a try because I heard it had won the highest honors at the Omachi Summit.
The conclusion was that it was wonderfully delicious.
It has the complex sweetness, umami, and crispness typical of Omachi. There is nothing to complain about.
There is no sawdust smell.
It is perfectly fine as a food sake.
I am not an omatist, but this is delicious.
