Sake received on a business trip to Okayama. It is a junmai sake made with Omachi, a specially grown rice in Tatebe-cho, Kita-ku, Okayama City, as part of the "Takeo 20 Project," a collaboration between agriculture, commerce, industry, and university students. It is named after Okayama because the prefecture has the most sunny days in Japan. Like its name, it has a clear and sunny sensation, a slight sweetness, and a delicious flavor. Sake with a nice sharpness.
