One sip and grain? I thought it was grain, but was surprised by the complex flavors that emerged as the temperature rose. As stated on the label, I think this sake shows its true potential at 10-15 degrees Celsius, rather than fresh out of the refrigerator.

Today we open a bottle of sake that we bought in Akita prefecture during GW 😀.
We stayed in front of Akita station and tried to go to Eiraku recommended by T.KISO for a drink, but it was closed until 5/5 😭Sorry about that 😭We went to Namahage (a Japanese traditional restaurant) for some local cuisine and Akita sake and food 😍Then we went to the station for Hinai Jidori Oyako (chicken and egg) and Inaniwa Udon (udon noodles) 😘Thanks to T.KISO for the recommendation, we were so happy to be able to enjoy the food and drink until we were full. Inaniwa udon noodles 😘I ate until my stomach was full. Akita is a good place to visit 🎶.
At a sake shop, I saw the label "Ushizusan" and bought it thinking it was a hard-core sake 😀 I later checked it out and it was so good!
Later I looked it up and found out that it means it's so delicious that you end up drinking it until 2am (Ushi-tsu-tsu) 🤔.
It has a refreshing fruity sweetness, rice flavor, slight fizziness and acidity 🥰It's a modern sake and delicious 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩. T.KISOGood evening, Maecin-san😄.
