kiho
I wonder if it is a member of the Toyo no Megami (Goddess of the Orient) family, which is produced by Sumikawa Shuzo of Toyo Bijin.
For storage reasons, we prefer to have up to 4-gallon bottles, but this one is only available in 1-gallon bottles.
It's a raw sake from Sumikawa Shuzo, so it's definitely delicious. It has a strong sourness that you can enjoy just by drinking it.
Compared to Toyo Bijin's nama sake, this one seemed to have a slightly stronger dairy-like smell.
Addendum on January 19th
It's been a week since we opened the bottle. The dairy smell has faded.
I'm allergic to milk, so I definitely prefer it now, but I wonder how it is in general.
