熊谷 朋之
Sake from Gunma Prefecture.
It was purchased at "Kibune" sake shop in Morioka city.
The label looks like a cute face.
It was recommended by the wife of the shop, so we bought it.
It is served at room temperature.
The sake is a little yellow and dark.
If anything, it tastes like a sour barrel sake.
This is the first time since Niida Shizenshu that this kind of flavor can be achieved with a rice polishing ratio of 90%.
Niida Shizen Shuzu has been moving towards emphasizing the umami and sweetness, but this Shin Tsuchida is made in a "manta" style.
It's not extremely tasty, but it's a delicious sake that you'll find yourself finishing a bottle of.
It is one of the best sake to get into the depth of sake. (⌒-⌒)
