New brand of Koshinohomare "Nishiki". There are many gorgeous fruity sakes, so they are often on the menu at the master's restaurant. The initial aroma is softly fruity and sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight gassy sensation. It has a juicy and beautiful sweetness with a slight sourness that finishes off the taste. It was delicious 🍶✨️

Koshinohomare's new brand "弐式" 🍶. I wonder if the brewer is a Gundam fan 🤔. I heard it is a four-stage brewing using two types of yeast and is still in the test brewing stage. The aroma on the nose is mildly sweet with a hint of peach. In the mouth it has a juicy sweetness and refreshing acidity. Like the Koshinohomare we drank the other day, it was delicious with a modern flamboyant feel 🍶✨️
