I wonder if the brewer is a Gundam fan 🤔.
I heard it is a four-stage brewing using two types of yeast and is still in the test brewing stage.
The aroma on the nose is mildly sweet with a hint of peach.
In the mouth it has a juicy sweetness and refreshing acidity.
Like the Koshinohomare we drank the other day, it was delicious with a modern flamboyant feel 🍶✨️
