I bought this brand because it was new to me.
Is it a locally produced, locally consumed type of sake that is loved by the locals?
The label stated "hukkunko brewing" and I checked the website and found that it uses "hukkunko" sake rice.
Is it dry?
It has umami flavor.
It also has a moderate acidity.
I happened to be eating simmered fish, and it went very well with it.
It is delicious.
I would like to drink it again if I can find it. ......
