Sake from my hometown Sano, Ai no Sawa. A friend of mine in Sano sent me two one-bottle bottles.
For the first time in a long time, I found a sake I wanted to drink every day. Or rather, I was so happy to have a lot of it that I drank it every day. It was delicious.
I looked at the label and saw that the manufacturer was a different company, Meiri Shuzui. When we lived in Sano, my mother had visited the brewery of Aizawa Sake Brewery. I felt a bit sad.
