Another brand of Manjyo Brewery of brewer Kuheiji. Terroir is French for land and earth. 🌎️ Yamada Nishiki from the Tadaka district in Kurodasho is used. This one was also fresh and crisp with a good balance of acidity and umami 🍶.

5.0 I signed up for an event at Enoteca to Kuno-san's introduction of his new Kurodasho location, a The tasting was fun even though it was via ZOOM. We enjoyed the difference of terroirs with the same koji and rice milling ratio. It was a great event!
