Tonight we had #Kantou no Hana Junmai Ginjo Maikaze from #Holy Sake Brewery in Shibukawa City, Gunma Prefecture.
Even the rice, Maikaze, is made entirely from Gunma. The freshness came first, and then the clean and gentle sweetness of the rice was delicious. It was very well-balanced.
