Yoitagusa", a poem loved by many Japanese and representative of the Taisho era, was published by Takehisa Yumeji in 1914. Yumeji was born in Oku-cho, Setouchi City in 1884, and 2009 marks the 125th anniversary of his birth. In cooperation with the Yumeji Museum of Art and History, Miyashita Sake Brewery Co., Ltd. commemorates the 125th anniversary with "Yumeji Yoitagusa," an Omachi rice junmai daiginjo made from 100% Omachi rice.
The label design is by Eiji Mitooka, a native of Okayama who designed the Kyushu Shinkansen bullet train and the MOMO and KURO trams in Okayama.

I went home and drank it with a boar cup (made by Junpei Kanashige) that I had bought in Bizen in the past and it was insanely delicious.
It was my favorite. It has a good aroma and a great mouthfeel. The pineapple 🍍 feeling comes through slowly afterwards.
