Very spicy! but the sake has a proper stiffness ^ ^.
Very clear and citrusy 🍊.
It is a junmai daiginjo, but I think it is more suitable as a food sake ^ ^.
The lightness of the sake does not interfere with food.
It is also good with strong flavored food.
