Takatsugu
Today's drink is an odd one. We opened a bottle of "Tsukihi", a collaboration between our favorite manga "Space Brothers" and Hibi Brewing. The sake cup next to it is also a special partner of the collaboration.
A little time has passed since I bought it, and when I opened the bottle, it shuffled open as if it was pushed out from inside.
It has a light acidity and a pleasant umami flavor. Although it is a pure sake, it is light with an alcohol content of 11 degrees and makes you imagine the difference in gravity between the earth and the moon.
It is nice to have a once-in-a-lifetime experience with a sake that is planned, but this is a wonderful bottle that I wish I could drink all the time. It is delicious. ❗️
